For clients that are new to Pilates or looking to
rehabilitate an injury, we highly recommend
booking a 1:1 session first. This session will
teach the basic Pilates principles, alignment, breathing and exercises. Your instructor can discuss with you your aims, objectives and how best to proceed - whether this be classes or private tuition.
