Appointments are available Monday to Saturday and are one hour in length.

Please allow at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations to avoid a late cancellation charge

Payment for mat sessions expire after each course and missed classes cannot be rolled over onto the next course.  Any missed classes can be made up by attending a different class during the course where space is available
