We continue to offer 121 sessions and small machine classes at the studio.

They are an excellent way to regain and rebuild strength that might have

been lost during the summer holidays! The sessions are bespoke to your

needs using the classical pilates machines under the guidance of your

instructor and are suitable for all levels.  All sessions will run under covid-19 guidelines.

New Monday 9.30am Class with Keri Lummis

We are delighted to announce the return of Keri's popular class, suitable for Beginners - Improvers.

The class starts 8th November and runs for 6 weeks at £72.

Keri is an enthusiastic and dedicated Body Control teacher who holds a number of Pilates qualifications, including a specialist back pain certification Back4Good. She is passionate about Pilates and loves to see her client progress by working regularly with her.


New Class - Thursday morning is Dynamic Pilates! 

We are delighted to announce our brand new Pilates class on a Thursday morning at 9.30am.

This class will combine the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates class but with the dynamic energy of a high intensity workout.​  We combine core strength, balance and co-ordination with an energetic cardiovascular element to create the feel good workout.

Please bring your own hand weights to this class.

This class is held at The West Hill Hall, Compton Avenue, 7 dials.
