It's been a long wait but I am delighted to announce the return of our face to face matclasses and we are looking forward to welcoming you back. All classes will be held with strict covid-19 guidelines and socially distanced mats. Please look at our timetable to find our full
schedule of both face to face and online classes.
We continue to offer 121 sessions and small machine classes at the studio.
They are an excellent way to regain and rebuild strength that might have
been lost during the lockdown. The sessions are bespoke to your needs
using the pilates machines under the guidance of your instructor. All
sessions will run under covid-19 guidelines.

New Class - Thursday morning is Dynamic Pilates!
We are delighted to announce our brand new Pilates class on a Thursday morning at 9.30am.
This class will combine the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates class but with the dynamic energy of a high intensity workout. We combine core strength, balance and co-ordination with an energetic cardiovascular element to create the feel good workout.
Please bring your own hand weights to this class.
This class is held at The West Hill Hall, Compton Avenue, 7 dials.
