All sessions are run in a Covid-19 secure environment, with social distancing in place.

Welcome to HD Pilates. Helen Douglas, the owner of HD Pilates, has been teaching Pilates for 18 years. Our boutique studio located in the heart of Brighton and Hove is fully equipped for machine classes and matclasses.
We offer a wide range of classes at the studio - including small group matclasses specific to your level, group equipment classes using the classical pilates machines and private bespoke 1:1 sessions
All of our HD Pilates instructors are hand picked and are some of the top teachers in Brighton and Hove.
